It all started during COVID19
Mimies Whipped Dreams was born in 2020 when I first started making homemade ice cream for my kids. They weren’t impressed — but five years later, in July 2025 at a backyard barbecue, everyone fell in love with my gourmet desserts. As a 52-year-old mom, I’m turning a tough past into a sweet future, building a legacy for my children, and dreaming of one day giving back to the community — all while scooping joy in every unique flavor.
